Top Rail
Single-piece 8” tall aluminum rail with integrated drip rail and polished finish for a clean, strong build.
Bottom Rail
One of the biggest in the industry—9¾” tall, 3/16” thick—for unmatched strength and visual appeal.
Drop Gusset & Drop Wall
Welded one-piece components with engineered breaks for added rigidity and a leak-resistant finish.
Flooring
Heavy-duty 4” I-beams on 12″ centers (horse) or 9⅝” centers (stock), topped with marine-grade aluminum sheeting.
Rear Frame
Precision-fit posts welded through the floor into the bottom rail to enhance door fit, seal integrity, and quiet performance.
Roof
Arched aluminum design for water drainage, extra headroom, and a 25% thicker sheet than most competitors.
Wall Posts
Strategically placed 6005 T6 alloy posts at every structural point for maximum strength.
